Accommodations
This year the NALTEA conference will be held at the Bahia Resort Hotel in beautiful Mission Bay, California.  There is a limited block of rooms available at the discounted rate of $125 per night.  You can book your room by calling the hotel at 1-800-576-4229, or online at https://shop.evanshotels.com/nal0111.html.

Air Travel
We have secured a domestic contract with American Airlines to offer participants traveling to and from the conference (San Diego Int’l Airport) a 5% discount.  This offer is not valid with any other discount but applies to wherever American Airlines, American Eagle, or American Connection service originates.  For reservations, go to http://www.aa.com and enter the Authorization Number A3217AI where prompted AA.com Discount Code +.  Lower rates apply on the Web site.

Transportation

INTERESTED IN SERVING NALTEA?
There are two board positions up for election at the conference in January—Rick Martinez and Wanda Steudel both have positions that are up for election.  If you are interested in serving on the board of directors, please e-mail info@naltea.org to get your name added to the ballot.

Serving on the NALTEA board is an excellent opportunity to help your fellow abstractors and give a little back to the industry.  NALTEA board members meet approximately once each month via conference call to decide on the best course of action for the organization and help promote the importance of the abstractors in the industry.
